  • How do I subscribe to WEV Arrived?
Simply click the "Subscribe" tab and check out! That's it! Each month you’ll receive a special jewelry piece, hand selected by our team!
  • Payments
Payment comes out on the 15th of each month and the boxes are shipped on the 20th of the following month.  Therefore, you have until the 15th of the month to sign up, in order to get the next subscription box. last day of each month to subscribe to the box of the month.

  • I don’t like the jewelry I received, what can I do?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on subscription box plans.
  • Where do I enter my promotional code?
Simply enter your code when you confirm your shopping cart. That's it!
Important: Promotional codes cannot be combined or used with other discounts.
  • How do I update my billing information?
To update your billing address, email customer service at support@wevarrived.com.
